Absolutely! We store all our products in climate-controlled warehouses and carefully inspect each item before shipping. Our fast processing (1-2 days) ensures your snacks arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer gift options?
Yes! We have a wonderful selection of edible gifts and gourmet gift packages perfect for any occasion. These make excellent presents for friends, family, or coworkers.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We deliver to snack lovers worldwide! However, we currently cannot ship to Asia and some remote areas due to logistical constraints.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 days after dispatch with tracking and insurance.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, via EMS, arriving in 15-25 days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days from our Wheaton, US facility. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package ships!
How are fragile items packaged?
